A Better Exposure

Madeline had an amazing session with many outdoor locations to choose from this past week. It wasn’t too soon to begin the Season of Senior Photography either. Much of what draws out the real person and fresh look is the live view and the mix of amazing Omaha architecture.

Although, the studio sessions are fun, Outdoor Senior Portrait Sessions take on a life of their own.

Right now, A Better Exposure is making cool images for our Senior Reps to share with their friends at school. Specials are available at all times of the year and yes, please plan to bring your friends, family members and favorite pets to add some spice to the memories of your day. We are actively looking for upcoming High School Seniors who are graduating in 2010 and are interested in very creative photography that allows you to be you.

Our Senior Reps automatically receive a 3 hour portrait session that includes indoor studio and outdoor locations. They also receive a slideshow of their favorites to share on their own myspace or facebook site.

One of my favorite clients, The Cameron’s have allowed us to do their Omaha Wedding Photography, Maternity Photography, Baby Photography, Family Photography and last week, Naomi and Reed’s One Year Pictures. For me, this was over the top. We did cake, balloons, lollipops, baths, and destroyed the studio
backgrounds. What a very,very fun photo session!
Naomi suprised me in how she got into the session. Once she slipped into a sugar buzz, her day was a top ten. She and I became best buds. Reed was a man on a mission. Enthralled with the balloons, he quickly scooted around the shop as if to prep for a marathon. Although he loves cake, do not let him step into it.
If that happens, he’s done. That was it for Reed.
How cool that they are together (not too close though). Just the way they watch each other, it’s as if they know what each other is thinking and I believe that they do. I truly felt that I was on their level for a minute. It was great!
